Cancellation PolicyPlease allow for 24 Hours Notice to change or cancel your appointment. This allows us enough time to schedule another client for that time. Failure to do so may result in a $50.00 Cancellation Fee. You are highly encouraged to reschedule your appointment in a timely manner to avoid any fees.
"No-shows" (failure to arrive to your scheduled appointment) are responsible for the full amount of the service price for the missed appointment, and Gift Certificates and Membership appointments will be automatically redeemed. We understand emergencies happen, and are willing to waive any fees for a legitimate excuse. |
